1) The Local Government Unit of Pambujan, Northern Samar, through the 20% EDF CY
2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine
Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Sixty-Five Centavos
(PhP3, 999, 999.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract Construction of Concrete Pathway from San Ramon to
Manahaw. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Pambujan, Northern Samar now invites bids for contract
Construction of Concrete Pathway from San Ramon to Manahaw. Completion of
the Works is required within 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a
