1. The Local Government Unit of Kapalong, through the 20% DEV-T. FUND - 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Eight Pesos Only(P 2, 998, 938.00 ) Construction of Concrete Pathway at EEDNO Compound (Going to Tribal Office, Bahay ni Maria and Motorpool) Brgy. Maniki Kapalong, Davao del Norte / 014-2026 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
