1.The BLGU - Avelino, Sta. Margarita, Samar, through the 2026 - 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Nine Pesos 60/100 Only (Php249, 229.60) for the Proposed Construction of Concrete Pathway, Barangay Avelino, Sta. Margarita, Samar being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of MRF Barangay Avelino, Sta. Margarita Samar, BLGU2026-300-055. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The BLGU - Avelino, Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 11 days.
