CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PATHWAY
1. The Barangay Local Government of Santiago, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Eight Hundred Eight One and 20/100 Pesos Only (P 200, 881.20) From the Barangay Development Fund 2026 (BDF) of Barangay Santiago intended for the procurement of Construction of Concrete Patway.
2. The Barangay Santiago now invites bids for the “Supply of Hardware Materials for Construction of Concrete Pathway”. Supply of Hardware Materials will be completed within fifteen (15) days.
3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) OF Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
