Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PATHWAY- LABOR & MATERIALS
1. The BLGU-Salvacion, Garchitorena, through the Barangay Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 250, 000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PATHWAY LABOR & MATERIALS) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Salvacion, Garchitorena, now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PATHWAY -LABOR & MATERIALS ( Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) procedure. Delivery of the goods/materials is required within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail evaluation and the Most Advantageous Response Bid (MARB) system, with 85% allocated to the quality proposal and 15% to the price proposal, as the award criteria in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009.
