CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PATHWAY
1. The Barangay government of Nuevo Trabajo, San Luis, Agusan del Sur, reserve the amount of One hundred Thousand pesos (P 100, 000.00) From The Barangay Development Fund (20% BDF 2026) of Barangay Nuevo Trabajo intended for the procurement of Construction of Concrete Pathway.
2. The Barangay Nuevo Trabajo now invites bids for the “Construction of Concrete Pathway”. Supply of Hardware Materials will be completed within fifteen (15) days.
3. The documents required in the Eligibility Documents shall be submitted as part of the Technical Documents of the Bidders as provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) OF Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
