CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PATHWAY
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY CALSADAHAY PASTRANA, LEYTE through the 20% Dev-t Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos only (₱ 350, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Concrete Pathway Bids received in excess the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY CALSADAHAY now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2026 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Construction of Concrete Pathway, must be delivered within Fifty (50 Calendar Days).
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
