INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS



1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY HALABA, PASTRANA, LEYTE through the Brgy. Dev-t Fund, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱ 100, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PATHWAY, in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY HALABA, PASTRANA, LEYTE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2026 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE PATHWAY must be delivered within Twenty (22) Calendar Days.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
