1) The National Irrigation Administration - Upper Pampanga River Integrated Irrigation Systems (NIA-UPRIIS) Division II, Talavera Nueva Ecija, through the CY 2026 General Appropriation Act Fund intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Forty-Two Pesos and 94/100 (P 12, 857, 142.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair of Embankment and Construction of Concrete Lining at Construction of Concrete Lining at PRIS F, Sta. 12+305-13+025 with Contract No. UPRIIS-DII-2026-RRENIS-04 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
