Description : 1. The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Barangay Agsaman, Jipapad, Eastern Samar through its 20% Fund (Year 2022-2023) apply the sum of Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and Thirty-Six Centavos (P860, 694.36) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as payment under the contract for the Construction of Concrete Canal in Barangay Agsaman, Jipapad, Eastern Samar.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 91840, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
