Tender Details

The subject of the investment is the construction of ten single-family detached residential buildings, ten farm buildings, four parking shelters with 20 parking spaces along with construction equipment on plots no. 506/2 (division resulting from the ZRID decision), 524, 525 districts 0001 Choszczno commune. One entrance to the area is planned from Wojska Polskiego Street to plot no. 498/3. The buildings will be two storeys high and will have no basement. These will be small residential buildings. The buildings are designed to meet the residential needs of the Choszczno Commune. Buildings located next to each other in the central and southern parts of the area covered by the study, buildings will be located in the area designated by an impassable building line from the border road plot, at a minimum distance of 13.90 m from the border of the road plot.
