Construction of the Orlik sports pitch complex at the Primary School in Skuach, Abia Wola commune. The ordering party does not divide the subject of the order into parts, but divides it into two tasks for the sake of transparency of documentation. Task 1. Subject of the order is the development of complete design documentation (preceded by an agreed concept), and then the construction of the Orlik sports field complex at the Primary School in Skuach, Abia Wola commune in the Design and Build formula, along with obtaining all required administrative arrangements and decisions. Additionally, as part of Task 1, mandatory post-construction tests are planned. The subject of the basic order is the development of complete design documentation together with previously performed concept agreed with the Ordering Party, and then execution, based on the approved design documentation, of the construction of the Orlik sports field complex at the Primary School in Skuach.
