Description and scope of the subject of the order: 1)trzy 4-kondygnacyjne budynki mieszkalne wielorodzinne (w tym poddasze użytkowe) o konstrukcji tradycyjnej, niepodpiwniczone, przykryte dachami stromymi, z instalacjami wewnętrznymi i przyłączami, 2) main the supporting structure will consist of walls made of silicate blocks and "filigree" reinforced concrete ceilings, placed directly on the foundation strips. 3) façade finished with the light-wet method using polystyrene and sand-like plaster (grain 1.2 mm), supplemented with prefabricated reinforced concrete balconies with thermal insulation connectors and simple steel balustrades, 4)each building has 23 residential premises, 5) vertical communication is to be ensured by silent-running electric elevators adapted to transport of disabled people, 6) on the ground floor of each building there are technical rooms, a utility room, a bicycle room and storage rooms belonging to the ground floor apartments.
