1. The subject of the contract are construction works involving: "construction of a complex of four buildings multi -family residential with service premises, underground garage and land development, along with the demolition of an existing single -family residential building - at ul. Gypsy in Włocławek. "
The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:
- the building of four residential buildings multi -family (a total of 80 residential premises), with service premises with a total usable area of 193.28 m2 and an underground garage,
- a break of an existing single -family residential building,
- completing the full range of land development and accompanying infrastructure (roads, pavements, green, lighting, playground, fence, etc.).
Construction works should be carried out in accordance with the principles of a closed circulation economy (GOZ) and According to the construction waste management plan (PZOB), which is part of the documentation. The contractor is obliged to:
- selective lead collection and waste segregation at the place of their formation,
- waste management for recovery and recycling,
- the application of materials that have type III environmental declarations (EPD) or recycled - if they are equivalent,
— Pre -warming method of waste management as a condition final acceptance.
The subject of the contract is partly financed from the funds of the National Reconstruction Program.
