Implementation of the construction project involving the construction of a public utility building - CAMERIMAGE CENTER with exhibition, educational, recreational, catering, congress and conference, administrative and warehouse functions, along with land development and technical infrastructure on plots no. 2/6, 6/10, 6/17, 6/18, 6/19, 6/20, 6/21, 4, 6/7, 6/9 rev. 14 in the area of ​​Czerwona Droga Street in Toruń and the construction of an exit from the road of ul. Czerwona Droga (plot no. 4, 6/7, 6/9) to plot no. 6/10, precinct 14. The building belongs to categories IX, XVI, XVII, XV, XVI. The order is planned be carried out in the "do design and build" formula, based on the design documentation held by the Ordering Party, including the construction design and building permit, as well as additional design studies and the Functional and Utility Program, which will be made available to the Contractors at a later stage Proceedings.
