3.1. The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a complex of eight residential buildings multi-family buildings (including two buildings with commercial premises - retail with a sales area of ​​up to 700 m2 each) with underground garages and the necessary technical infrastructure, on a property located in Wrocław at ul. Stanisława Drabika 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, on plot no. 1/90, precinct 0026 Wojszyce, AR_8, implemented on the basis of the building permit decision No. 1600/2025 of July 25, 2025, ref. no.: WAZ-B3.6740.181.2025, together with land development, accompanying works and obtaining an occupancy permit and settlement on the terms described in the Agreement.
3.2.Required scope Investments include: execution of full-discipline construction works covered by construction design documentation, technical and executive design as well as detail drawings for the Investment for which the Ordering Party has obtained the final decision on the construction permit, which include in particular the following works and works:
