1. The subject of the order is the execution of an investment task called Construction of a community center in Biau, including the execution of all works leading to a state consistent with the design documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, SWZ and the draft provisions of the public procurement contract. The scope of the order includes the construction of a village community center building along with the necessary technical infrastructure, land development, commissioning of the facility and obtaining permission to use the facility. The aim of the investment is to build a new village community center, which will serve the inhabitants of Biauń and the surrounding villages as a place of integration, meetings, events and cultural events.2.
