A brief description of the procurement: construction of the main network in accordance with the work project and the instructions issued by the contracting authority and the construction of the end points, customer and sub-client lines in accordance with the connection agreements. - the deadline for the construction of a training network is 4.5 months from the conclusion of the contract; - The deadline for transfer of customer lines is 2 months from the submission of the corresponding construction order. In this procurement, the contracting authority is obliged to comply with the requirements of § 3 of the RHS and the requirements set out in the decision to approve the application.
