A brief description of the procurement: construction of the main network in accordance with the work project and the instructions issued by the contracting authority and the construction of the end points, customer and sub-client lines in accordance with the connection agreements. - VT2089 Deadline for the highway order 5 months after the creation of a construction order. Client lines deadline 2 months after the construction of the construction order. - VT2090 Deadline for the highway order 4 months after the creation of a construction order. Client lines deadline 2 months after the construction of the construction order. The contracting authority informs that the field of electronic communications access network is not included in the network sector procurement, which means that the beneficiary is not a contracting authority within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act. In this procurement, the contracting authority is obliged to comply with the requirements of § 3 of the RHS and the requirements set out in the decision to approve the application.
