Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of communication routes and parking spaces as part of the land development project around the Lubno Castle. 2. This order is co-financed by the Government Local Investment Fund.3. Teren opracowania is located in the Czarny Br commune, on the northern side of Zamkowa Street, on plots no. 215/3, 215/4, area: Czarny Br. 4. The subject of the order is a land development project including, among others: construction of: 1) a pedestrian and driving route with a paved surface, 2) an exit from a public road, 3) 9 parking spaces with a paved surface, 4) a square with a paved surface made of clinker paving stones, 5) felling of trees colliding with the investment. The subject of the order was described in the design documentation and Specifications Technical Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract, Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
