1) The City Government of Zamboanga through the GENERAL FUND (AB FY 2018 CONST. / AB FY 2020 LS CONST.) intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Two Five Thousand Pesos Only (P1, 205, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF COMFORT ROOM AT LUMAYANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, LUMAYANG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF COMFORT ROOM AT LUMAYANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, LUMAYANG. Completion of the Works is required in Seventy-Four Calendar Days (74 CD). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
