1) The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA through the GENERAL FUND (SB2 FY 2025 CONST./AB FY 2022 LS CONST./SB1 FY 2018 CONST.) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P3, 690, 000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (abc) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF COMFORT ROOM WITH BATH FOR FEMALE AT PANUBIGAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF COMFORT ROOM WITH BATH FOR FEMALE AT PANUBIGAN. Completion of the Works is required in ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN CALENDAR DAYS (137 CD). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
