1. The subject of the order is the construction of a columbarium at the municipal cemetery in Lubawa along with the necessary technical infrastructure for stage II. The scope of work covering stage II includes two urn walls (no. 3 and no. 4) along with a designated hardened part, including: 1) construction urn walls (no. 3 and no. 4) with granite cladding, 2) hardening the area with concrete cubes finished with a concrete edge, approx. 52 m2, 3) delivery and installation of 2 pieces of portable park benches.2. The detailed scope of work is specified in the design documentation and specifications technical execution and acceptance of the works referred to in Art. 103 section 1 of the Act. Design documentation, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, as well as a bill of quantities for works (auxiliary appendix), constitutes Annex No. 9 to SWZ.3. ATTENTION!
