The subject of the proceedings is the selection of a contractor for construction works related to the implementation of the investment task: Construction of a columbarium at the municipal cemetery in Istebna and the performance of construction works consisting in the construction of 10 prefabricated columbariums in the municipal cemetery in Istebna, located on plots No. 940/3 and 940/4, Istebna area, in accordance with design documentation, decisions on construction permits, Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and applicable legal regulations. The scope of the order includes in particular preparatory, surveying and earthworks, ground stabilization and reinforced concrete foundations, delivery and installation of prefabricated columbars, execution of sandstone cladding and closing slabs for niches urns, hardening the area, creating accompanying greenery, rebuilding a fragment of the fence and performing all accompanying works necessary for the proper implementation of the investment. In total, 10 sets of columbars with 174 urn niches should be constructed.
