1) The subject of the order is: a) performance of construction works entitled: Construction of a columbarium at the Municipal Cemetery in Gubin, stage Vb) obtaining an occupancy permit certificate2) The scope of the subject of the contract includes, among others: execution of the following works: a) construction of three columbarium segments made of clinker brick consisting of 60 niches divided into: - 24 small niches - 24 medium-sized niches - 12 large niches b) hardening the area with concrete cubes, c) purchase, delivery and assembly of 6 park benches for each columbarium in based on the design documentation provided by the Ordering Party, STWiORB and in accordance with the construction permit and the LWKZ permit to carry out construction works and to conduct archaeological research.
