1. The subject of the order is the construction of a columbarium on the premises of the Municipal Cemetery in Starorypin Prywatny (Stage I) on plot no. 56/2.2. This order covers the execution of only the first stage (separated in the attached design documentation), in scope which includes: 1) Construction of two 72-niche columbars and one 60-niche one. Each facility will be built on a rectangular plan. The columbaria will consist of foundations constituting the base and a set of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements with dimensions of 50 x 115 x 184.5 cm each. In each of the prefabricated elements there are 6 niches with minimum dimensions of 40.5 x 40.5 cm and a slope of 1 degree.a) technical characteristics of the 72-niche columbarium: - dimensions of the platform 124 x 714 cm, - dimensions of the reinforced concrete structure 100 x 690 cm, - wall cladding prefabricated granite tiles, ground/surfaced, thick. 1.5 cm, Bianco Crystal or Strzegom stone, drill holes for installation in the vicinity of the niches, - platform cladding - polished granite tile, thick. 1.5 cm, black granite stone, - granite windows and window sills polished gr. 3 cm, chamfered with drip, black granite stone, - roof with polished granite thickness. 3 cm, wide...
