1. The Barangay Government of Barangay Sevilla, City of San Fernando, La Union, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Pesos and 53/100 Only (Php 199, 220.53) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Collapsible Stage and Flag Pole, Barangay Sevilla, City of San Fernando, La Union (Project Identification Number 11-03). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Government of Barangay Sevilla, City of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 10 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
