The works include a large -scale cogeneration unit using biofuels with a nominal generated electricity 4.7 +/- 5 percent. MW while steam boiler nominal thermal power up to 20 MW, with auxiliary equipment and technological pipelines, condensing economizer, fuel farm, design proposals preparation, technical work project, including topographic photos, performance of engineering geological research (if provided not enough), construction site preparation, including demolition work, project execution, necessary equipment and materials, construction - installation work and tests, connection to operating networks, personnel training, submission of the object in accordance with the laws and by -laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
