The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the Local Government Support Fund - Support and Assistance Fund to Participatory Budgeting (LGSF-SAFPB), FY 2025 GAA, RA No.12116, Continuing Appropriations (SAFPB Batch 1) intends to apply the sum of TWENTY SIX MILLION PESOS (P 26, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF CLIMATE-SMART EVACUATION CENTER at CENTRO, BUGUEY, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
