1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF CARAMOAN, through the 20% National Tax Allotment FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ₱1, 930, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF CLIMATE RESILIENT FOOTBRIDGE WITH FOUNDATION PROTECTION, SITIO STO. DOMINGO, BRGY. MALABOG, CARAMOAN, CAMARINES SUR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF CARAMOAN now invites bids for the construction of reinforced concrete footbridge with retaining/abutment wall protection. Completion of the Works is required within 107 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
