The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan from the Special Purpose Appropriation - 2026 (Office of the Mayor) of the Municipality of Claveria, Cagayan, would like to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the Construction of Claveria People-s Park at Centro 1, Claveria, Cagayan.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Claveria, now invites bids for the Construction of Claveria People-s Park at Centro 1, Claveria, Cagayan. Completion of the Works is required within two hundred ten (210) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
