Description : 1) The Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), through the Corporate Budget CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty-Nine Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred One and 93/100 Pesos (Php 429, 865, 801.93), VAT Zero-Rated, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF CLARK WORLD CONVENTION EVENTS HUB CONNECTOR ROAD PHASE 1B, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CIAC now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF CLARK WORLD CONVENTION EVENTS HUB CONNECTOR ROAD PHASE 1B. Completion of the Works is required Four Hundred Fifty (450) Calendar Days upon contract signing. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
