Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the construction of a warehouse intended for the needs of civil protection and civil defense, including part of the warehouses and rooms intended for providing humanitarian aid, which will be located in the town of Potryty, on plot no. 45/5, Potryty district, Jeziorany commune, consisting in particular of: 1) preparatory and earthworks, 2) foundation insulation, 3) building structure, 4) building casing, 5) construction joinery and joinery, 6) execution of floors, 7) execution of under-floor installations, i.e. water supply installations, sanitary sewage installations, under-floor central heating installations, culverts and transitions for electrical installations. 2. Detailed description i the scope of the subject of the order is included in the design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, appendices no. 7.1 and 7.2 to the specification of the terms of the order, hereinafter referred to as SWZ. The bill of quantities is included in Annex No. 8.1 and 8.2 to the SWZ are treated only as illustrative material and do not constitute a description of the subject of the order within the meaning of Art. 103 Pzp. 3.
