Tender Details

1. The subject of the task is the execution of an order for the development of design documentation and, based on it, the performance of construction works as part of the task entitled: Construction of a civil defense warehouse in the Sukowice Commune (design and construction). There is a task implemented in the design and build formula. 2. The subject of the Agreement includes: preparation of design documentation agreed with the Ordering Party, along with obtaining all arrangements required by law, studies, derogations, consents necessary for obtaining a construction permit or reporting the works, obtaining by the Contractor on behalf of the Ordering Party a building permit or making an effective notification of the works, execution of the works together with the author's supervision over the implementation of these works. The contractor will develop project documentation along with the necessary conditions, opinions, arrangements and obtaining an occupancy permit. 3. The subject of the contract is co-financed from the state budget under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026, as part of area 2 Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supplies, in accordance with the contract no. 148.7.2/IBW/OLiOC/2026 between the Voivode of Maopolska and the Municipality of...
