Tender Details

4.1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the construction of a garage and a shed on plot no. 844/1 in Tarnogrd, used for storing equipment and vehicles. The logistics base will consist of a building serving as storage, equipment and operational facilities and an open light that serves as a supplementary function. 4.2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) Elimination of interference with the gas network, 2) Preparatory, earth and foundation works, 3) Construction and flooring works, 4) Installation of windows and doors, 5) Construction of the roof and walls, 6) Electrical works. 4.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. It consists of: 1) Design documentation, including: construction design, architectural and construction design, design technical, land development design, 2) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB); 3) Bill of quantities. Due to the fact that the contractor's remuneration indicated in the offer will be a lump sum, the Contractor will be responsible for the valuation should be based on the scope indicated in the design documentation referred to in point 1) and STWiORB.
