THROUGH DESIGN & BUILD SCHEME
1.The City Government of Tanauan, through Continuing Appropriation under Engineering Office intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Million Pesos (Php. 460, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of City Arena at Tanauan City Sports Complex through Design & Build scheme. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The City Government of Tanauan now invites bid for the Construction of City Arena at Tanauan City Sports Complex through Design & Build Scheme. Completion of work is required within Five Hundred Forty (540) calendar days. The Prospective Bidders must have an experience of having completed at least one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid.
