CONSTRUCTION OF CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD IN BRGY. UPPER DAPITAN
1. The Municipal Government of Concepcion, through 20% MDF FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 999, 611.62 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026-03-06-INFRA-CONSTRUCTION OF CIRCUMFERENTIAL ROAD IN BRGY. UPPER DAPITAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Concepcion now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 75 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
