1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Poblacion, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Two hundred Seventy Three pesos and 09/100 Centavos (₱1, 826, 273.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Circumferential Road from Alfonso Cuyahon res. To Upper Mangkatad P.1 located at Poblacion, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya Invitation Number: 3-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government of Poblacion now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Fifty Five (55) Working Days.
