Barangay Maninila, Guinobatan, Albay through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Suppliers to submit quotation for the procurement of the hereunder project and activity:

Procurement will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement under Section 53.9 Rule 16 of the 2106 Revised IRR of RA 0184 also known as Government Procurement Act resorted as the Alternative Method of Procurement: Small Value procurement.
Interested bidders/ suppliers shall submit their quotation to BAC Office Maninila, Guinobatan, Albay.
Barangay Maninila reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the barangay, for and on behalf of the project. The BAC assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred in the preparation of the bid nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
