1)The Local Government Unit of Santa Marcela, through the 20% MDF-2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Pesos and Forty Three Centavos (Php 499, 961.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF CHILDRENS PARK @ CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Local Government of Santa Marcela now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF CHILDRENS PARK @ CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER. Completion of the Works is required 30 CDs. Bidders should have completed, within the last 3 to 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
