The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, through the 20% Economic Development Fund CY 2026, intends to apply the above-mentioned sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY TWO PESOS AND 56/100 (PHP 1, 999, 892.56), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for Construction of Child Development Center at Brgy Sinungtan, Guinobatan, Albay
1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay, now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project.
