Construction of Child Development Center - Barangay San Pioquinto Malvar Batangas
1. The Municipality of Malvar through the Appropriation Ordinance No.001 - 01 Series of 2026 Supplemental Budget No.1 dated March 23, 2026 Office of the Municipal Mayor - Capital Outlay (CO) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (P 3, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Construction of Child Development Center - Barangay San Pioquinto Malvar Batangas with Solicitation Number I-052026-010551. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malvar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works is required within 120 Calendar days.
