1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION-UPPER PAMPANGA RIVER INTEGRATED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS DIVISION IV (NIA-UPRIIS DIVISION IV) intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY ONE AND 43/100 PESOS ONLY (₱5, 701, 391.43) for the Construction and Implementation of NIA-UPRIIS Division IV Infrastructure Projects for FY 2026.
