Construction of the Central Laboratory of ZWiK Sp. z o. o. in Szczecin 1. Subject of the order: The subject of the order is the construction of the ZWiK Central Laboratory in Szczecin. 2. The scope of the order was specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ design documentation, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ constituting a description of the subject of the order. 3. The ordering party applies for co-financing of the order from external funds. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings for awarding a public contract if the funds that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance the contract are not granted to it. 4. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 388 point 2 letter b) and c) of the Act, up to 50% value of the basic order. These orders may include additional deliveries and repetition of similar services or construction works, in accordance with the scope specified in the description of the subject of the order. The basis for determining the conditions on which they will be granted indicated orders, there is a basic contract and negotiations conducted with the Contractor. 5. Attention! Pursuant to Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
