Scope of Work/Description : The Scope of Work/Services comprises residual/vendor engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning works for new Centralised Chemical Warehouse in MIC. Below are the major components of Scopes a.,, Chemical Warehouse Building with heavy-duty racking system and covered shed area for gas cylinder storage b. An administration/office area for eight (8) warehouse staff with required facilities. c. Security Guard House d. All required Building Services/HVAC/Electrical/ELV/IT e. External Chemical Drainage system including Chemical Holding Concrete Tanks f. Dedicated temperature-controlled store for small packing containers and lab chemicals. g. Hard standing, loading dock, area for parking delivery vehicles and waste material storage yard,, h. Access roads, security fence, access control, CCTV, ANPR i. Fire & Gas detection and alarm system j. Stormwater drainage, including collection tanks for chemical spillage k. Hard & Soft Landscaping and Irrigation l. Material Handling Equipment with storage area and charging facility. m. Utilities Yard including fire pump house and fire water storage tanks, electrical switchgear ADDENDUM SCOPE (EPIC) An Addendum scope is included for re-engineering of the Construction package AFC drawings to incorporate nine (9) Value Engineering proposals and two (2) Change Requests
