Detailed description - Annex 2 to SWZ and F -U Program

Investment entitled: Construction of a center of simulators and trainers at the Naval Academy in Gdynia together with the implementation of documentation design and cost of the building and obtaining a building permit and the use permit in the "design and build" system,

The investment concerns the expansion of the didactic and training base at the Naval Academy in Gdynia in the form of a new building along with the expansion of the necessary infrastructure underground and ground and necessary equipment.

As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to develop a design documentation with a set of opinions and arrangements along with obtaining the necessary permits, including building permits, then perform construction works in accordance with the developed documentation, obtain on behalf of the Employer all required acceptance documents, including permission to use, perform and transfer full as -built documentation, and then - during the warranty period and warranty for defects - after final receipt, to the provision of a comprehensive service (maintenance and inspections) of all built -in elements, installations, devices and elements made under the contract.
