Description : Invitation to Bid for the
Construction of CDC at Pilig, Babadi
1. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa, through the Municipal Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Twenty-Four Pesos and 56/100 (Php 999, 024.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of CDC at Pilig, Babadi and Project Identification Number 2026-01-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Eighty (80) days from receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
