Description : 1) The Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), through the Corporate Budget CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen Pesos & 03/100 Only (PhP 29, 837, 717.03), VAT Zero-Rated, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF CCAC DISTRICT 3 ACCESS ROAD ALONG A. SORIANO STREET (NORTH). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CIAC now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF CCAC DISTRICT 3 ACCESS ROAD ALONG A. SORIANO STREET (NORTH). Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days upon contract signing. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
