1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the construction of a catchment point at the sewage treatment plant in Dobrzyca. The works include the expansion of the existing sewage treatment plant with a technological system enabling the collection of sewage transported by sewage tankers. Detailed the description of the subject of the order and the scope of the order was described using the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, constituting Annex No. 1 to the specification of the terms of the order, hereinafter referred to as the SWZ. Others the conditions for the implementation of the order are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (drafted provisions of the public procurement contract).
