Construction case handler The competition concerns the delivery of construction case management. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 5, 000, 000 ex. VAT annual. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client and will vary according to needs and progress. For further information we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage. ENVIRONMENT: By its nature, this procurement is assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. regulation §7-9, fifth paragraph. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. APPRENTICE: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with a trade or journeyman certificate, cf. § 6 (3) of the Apprenticeship Regulations.
